• Manage, pause, or cancel active email sequences at any time

• This feature is disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled in your settings
• All automated emails are sent from your Gmail account using templates you create
• Sequences are only initiated when you send a quote - we never send unsolicited emails
• You maintain full control and can pause or cancel sequences at any time
• Follow-up emails are properly threaded with your original quote email

Business Information

You may provide:

• NMLS license number
• Business name and contact information
• Email signature and branding preferences
• Rate and pricing preferences

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for the following purposes:

• Account Management: To authenticate and maintain your user account

Google API Services - Limited Use Disclosure

West Capital Lending's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
